About Pamela Hultin:
Pam received her law degree from the University of Colorado in 1973. She served as the first President of the Ohio Women’s Bar Association, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Bar Association. She is an adjunct Professor of Law at CWRU Law School teaching Trial Tactics. She is the recipient of many awards for her service to the practice of law.
Pam practices in the areas of corporate law and business litigation and is admitted to practice in Colorado, Ohio and the District of Columbia. Her trial experience includes general contract claims, product liability and employment matters.
Pam provides assistance in tailoring employee policy manuals and training sessions on harassment and discrimination policies. She assists clients in negotiating severance packages and termination, as well as filing and responding to complaints of discrimination or harassment.
Pam handles arbitrations, mediations and trials, including injunctions, temporary restraining orders and trademark and trade name litigation.
Pam speaks and publishes on many litigation topics. |
