Pamela Hultin

She practices in the areas of corporate law and business litigation and is admitted to practice in Colorado, Ohio and the District of Columbia. Pam represents businesses and individuals in both defense and prosecution of discrimination claims and other employment matters.  She advises on severance matters representing  business clients and individuals. Pam handles copywright and trademark infringement matters, general corporate law, drafts business contracts and litigates. Pam has handled complicated business and tort litigation in Ohio and many other states involving reverse triangular mergers, mass torts, air crash cases, and partnership dissolutions.  She handles alternative dispute resolution matters as both a party representative and as a member of Associates in Mediation as a mediator. 

Litigator and Mediator  

Pam received her law degree from the University of Colorado in 1973 and practiced there for 16 years before moving to Ohio.  She was a founder of and is proud to have served as the first President of the Ohio Women's Bar Association. She also served on the Board of Trustees of the former Cleveland Bar Association.  She is an adjunct Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve University Law School teaching Trial Tactics.  She is the recipient of many awards for her service to the practice of law, including being chosen as an Ohio Super Lawyer for several years in a row.  She volunteered her time to represent military women in suits in Federal Court in Washington D.C. as a member of WANDAS' Fund.

Pam provides assistance in tailoring employee policy manuals and provides training sessions on harassment and discrimination policies for her business clients.  She also assists individuals and businesses in negotiating severance packages and termination issues.  She files and responds to complaints of discrimination and harassment. Pam handles arbitrations, mediations, and trials, including injunctions, temporary restraining orders and trademark and tradename litigation.
